S\u0105moningas neteising\u0173 duomen\u0173 \u012fvedimas yra laikomas Politikos pa\u017eeidimu. Jeigu pasikei\u010dia pateikti duomenys, Duomen\u0173 subjektas privalo nedelsdamas juos i\u0161taisyti, o nesant galimyb\u0117s tai padaryti, apie tai informuoti Duomen\u0173 valdytoj\u0105. Duomen\u0173 valdytojas jokiu atveju nebus atsakingas u\u017e \u017eal\u0105, atsiradusi\u0105 Duomen\u0173 subjektui ir (ar) tretiesiems asmenims d\u0117l to, jog Duomen\u0173 subjektas nurod\u0117 neteisingus ir (ar) nei\u0161samius asmens duomenis arba nesikreip\u0117 d\u0117l duomen\u0173 papildymo ir (ar) pakeitimo jiems pasikeitus.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u25e6\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Tvarkydamas ir saugodamas Duomen\u0173 subjekt\u0173 asmens duomenis, Duomen\u0173 valdytojas \u012fgyvendina organizacines ir technines priemones, kurios u\u017etikrins asmens duomen\u0173 apsaug\u0105 nuo atsitiktinio ar neteis\u0117to sunaikinimo, pakeitimo, atskleidimo, taip pat nuo bet kokio kito neteis\u0117to tvarkymo.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u25e6\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Duomen\u0173 valdytojas taiko skirtingus Asmens duomen\u0173 saugojimo terminus priklausomai nuo tikslo, kuriuo remiantis tvarkomi konkret\u016bs asmens duomenys.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u25e6\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I\u0161imtys i\u0161 \u0161ioje privatumo politikoje nurodyt\u0173 saugojimo termin\u0173 gali b\u016bti nustatomos tiek, kiek tokie nukrypimai nepa\u017eeid\u017eia Duomen\u0173 subjekt\u0173 teisi\u0173, atitinka teisinius reikalavimus ir yra tinkamai dokumentuoti.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0
